Tracy McCarty

Principal, Head of Strategy

Tracy is a strategy nerd, intense listener and targeted interpreter who is passionate about brands and positioning. Beginning her career as a registered nurse, quickly followed by front-line agency experience at BBDO on Madison Avenue, she has a particularly unique perspective on healthcare. But her long-standing big-agency experience is not limited to healthcare. Tracy has honed her skill across multiple categories from healthcare to automotive products, wireless telecommunications, finance, CPG and non-profits – both on the agency and client sides. When she is not thinking about positioning and brands that really grab you, she enjoys cycling, hiking (preferably in the mountains), and hanging out on the porch at the lake with family, friends, her husband and their lab Tango in tow.

Matt Kiszka

Head of Content

Matt is a professional wordsmith who has worked across a variety of industries including publishing, clean energy, technology, and state government. With 15 years’ experience in writing, research, marketing and customer experience, he handles the majority of Two Labs' content strategy, SEO work, research, and writing. Matt is a Connecticut-born dual-national who grew up in the southeast of England near Cambridge. Having always felt more at home in the New World, after college he permanently moved back to the U.S., setting up residence in Colorado. Matt is an avid trail runner who loves climbing 14ers, backpacking, and anything that gets him out into the wild with his girlfriend and their lovable lab, Monty.

Morgan McCarty

Head of Design

Morgan is a designer of all things for your eyeballs. Prior to co-founding Two Labs she ran her own one-woman design studio for four years, where she worked with passionate folks in the art, design, non-profit, tech, and restaurant industries, to name a few. Morgan is Two Labs' lead designer, meaning she’s the one steering the ship on the visual implementation of your brand. She’s passionate about logos, typefaces, UI/UX trends, imagery, and strategically simple design. Morgan thrives on a healthy diet of fresh air, running trails, good food and company, and learning something new every day. She can often be found with a camera in tow, exploring the corners of this big, beautiful world alongside her boyfriend and their dog, Monty.

Head of Zoomies

Tango is truly the King of “zoomies” and communicates with his tongue. He is the youngster on the team, and when he is not fetching office supplies, he loves to chase snowflakes and tennis balls, depending on the season. His favorite pastime is waiting for his next meal.

Monty

Head of Rawhide Destruction

We’re not sure where he was born, but Monty is a member of Labrador royalty for sure. He loves food above all, and is partial to running on the beach, through the trees, and up mountains. More often than not he is completely content with just cuddling. He recently learned how to high-five.

Generally, this is the natural result of working with people who are passionate, professional, and who uphold their own values. We believe in less ego and more collaboration. Our mantra is check your ego at the door (it’ll still be there when you return) and roll your sleeves up.

We also exercise positivity and always strive to do the right thing. Part of this comes from building in enough time for reflection and flexibility. Keeping things simple and true to form also goes a long way.

Finally, we always work from a basis of mutual respect and honesty. It gets the job done more elegantly and with stronger results.
